We are finishing an integration that lets you connect DeedShield to an AI assistant* and just ask about a property in plain language. Who is the owner of record, what has been filed against the address, does anything look wrong. The assistant reads our county data directly instead of guessing.

* Claude supports this today through the Model Context Protocol, and we expect ChatGPT support as that standard spreads. Existing plans are unaffected: this will be an add-on, and we will tell you the price before it goes live.

DeedShield is a monitoring service, not insurance — and specifically not “title lock insurance” (which is not a thing). We detect changes recorded at the county; we don’t block them. Cancel anytime from the billing portal.
